Practising mindfulness techniques to improve our general quality of life is increasingly becoming popular.

Its benefits are many: it helps regulate emotions, improve sleep, better our relationships with others … but when the focus of our discomfort is so concentrated in one single area which we have clearly identified, we need to dig a little deeper.

Mindful eating applies full consciousness in aspects related to food. We have a very specific technique to achieve a very specific goal: to understand and improve our relationship with food. And to enjoy it.
Mindful Eating will help you balance your mind, your body and your eating. You will develop a new and healthier relationship with food, and learn to it in a more pleasurable way.
MINDFUL EATING ONLINE COURSE
By applying the techniques you will learn in this online course, you will:

  • Control your stress and anxiety. Avoid binge eating.
  • Become aware of what you eat, how you eat it and why you eat it.

METHODOLOGY AND MATERIALS

How will you develop Mindful Eating Skills? Through the support of the videos and other materials in the course, your personal work and my help.

This is not a theoretical course. We will perform practical exercises so you can apply in your day to day life.

I will ask you to practice everything learned during the class at home guided by the audios that I have recorded. This will help you advance farther and attain all the potential the course can offer you.

It is important that you remain involved with the practice. There is no right or wrong to practice Mindful Eating. Just keep on practising!

For 8 weeks you can contact me any time with doubts, questions or any help you can need regarding Mindful Eating. I will be there to help you develop your mindful eating skills.

I signed up for the course with some curiosity. After almost thirty years following different diets created by nutritionists, nurses and endocrinologists without achieving permanent success, this time I was looking for something different.
Session by session, I was discovering a new perspective, a different way of relating to food, based on the love of my person and my body, leaving aside that internal battle that I had always had to deal with – painfully and on my own.
Mindful Eating has taught me several strategies to become aware. It has helped me pay attention to what I do, without judging myself that much, to enjoy meditation, to find ways to calm my anxiety. In short, it has shown me the way. Now I have the tools to apply to the process, to continue “the way back home”, a return to myself from unconditional love.
